It is important that all information you have provided on New Zealand Relief Teachers website to be true and correct.
When you arrive at the school to work you will need to show them your New Zealand teachers registration card and a copy of photo id such as a drivers license or a passport.
If you do not provide this information a school may choose not to employ you for the relief work and New Zealand Relief Teachers will be notified and it will be investigated.

As part of the New Zealand Relief Teachers website, it is required that you ask to see the relief teacher's New Zealand teachers registration card and a copy of their photo id, which might be a drivers license or a passport.
Relief teachers are aware they will be asked to have this evidence shown. If a relief teacher does not provide this information, it is requested the school contact New Zealand Relief Teachers website and this will be investigated.
It is also recommended by New Zealand Relief Teachers website that you do not employ for day to day relief or any such teaching anyone who can not provide these details.
